It is often difficult to balance high productivity with high herd health status. Micro-nutrients and trace elements can play an important role in ensuring herd health. This balanced supply is often difficult to achieve with conventional feed/minerals.
Research has shown that organically chelated trace elements, where the mineral is bonded to an essential amino acid, can improve utilisation by the cow. Trace element imbalances in the diet can either be naturally occurring or induced.

How can Cow Care TMR® help?
An organically chelated trace element, vitamin and amino acid supplement, Cow Care TMR® can be used to balance dietary deficiencies and therefore help maintain herd health.
Cow Care TMR® is a convenient to use, dry powder version of Cow Care®. Cow Care TMR® has been developed for incorporation directly into feeder wagons over a period of 3 days, once every 3 months.
Administration
Cow Care TMR® is fed at a rate of 100g over 3 days (33g per day) for cows yielding up to 10,000 litres up to four times per year.
An additional 10% should be fed for every additional 1,000 litres of yield. This ensures every cow receives individual care and the procedure should be repeated every 3 months.

Keep out of the reach of children.
